Thank you for your interest in the 2020 JLWS Boutique Shopping Card Event being held from Saturday, October 24 - Sunday, November 8, 2020.

Participating Merchants agree to offer a minimum 20% store-wide discount (some exclusions may apply) to all holders of the shopping card during the limited dates of the event.

Thank you for your partnership and furthering the JLWS mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers!

Boutique Shopping Card Policies:

The Boutique Shopping Card discount is for card holders only and applies to purchases during the event dates only.
The Boutique Shopping Card entitles the holder to a 20% discount (or otherwise specified) during the specified event dates only.
The Boutique Shopping card discount does not apply to any purchase made prior to the event dates.
Sale merchandise, special orders and gift certificates are not honored with the Boutique Shopping Card discount unless included by a Participating Merchant.
Only the Boutique Shopping Card holder can use the card for discounts, and it must be presented at the time of purchase for discount.
The Boutique Shopping Card discount is not valid with any other offer.
Exceptions and exclusions apply as stated.
The Junior League of Winston-Salem assumes no liability in connection with the Boutique Shopping Card.
Participating Merchant agrees to advise all store personnel of this arrangement and to encourage promotion training.
Participating Merchant agrees to allow the Junior League of Winston-Salem to use the business name and information for marketing purposes for the Boutique Shopping Card Event.
Participating Merchant acknowledges that the Junior League of Winston-Salem will retain all proceeds from the sale of the Boutique Shopping Card.

*All policies are honored at the individual Participating Merchant's discretion.

By checking this box, I acknowledge and on behalf of said Participating Merchant, have read all materials and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this contract and The Junior League of Winston-Salem Boutique Shopping Card.
